Building a custom home is no small task. 

In meeting with future homeowners, I’ve found myself fielding an increasing number of inquiries about structural insulated panels (SIPs). 

After my recent conversation with a former WNY modular home builder, I met with two different customers who each had very different circumstances.

As our Western New York-based company moves into our 111th year of operation, we’ve gotten to work making modernizing floor plans for a few of our classic, custom homes.
